During the morning, Dr. Guo explained the policy of cross-division order taking and answered questions from the participants. 1?? Client Development Challenges: the groups discussed various challenges that one may encounter in client development. From understanding customer needs and building and maintaining relationships, to facing competitors and how to differentiate.


2?? Customer Needs Understanding: Understanding what customers really want is the key to successful customer development. Groups shared how to effectively communicate and gain insight into customer needs to provide better solutions.


3?? Relationship Building and Maintenance: Building strong relationships is critical in business. Groups explored how to build and maintain client relationships over time to ensure the continued success of the partnership.


4?? COMPETITORS AND DIFFERENCES: The marketplace is highly competitive and it is vital to understand your competitors and find your own differentiators. Groups examined how to develop sales techniques and strategies to stand out from the competition.


This brainstorming session allowed the Marketing Elite class to fully realize that challenges are not scary, they are opportunities for growth! We encourage everyone to face various situations in customer development positively, innovate solutions, and continuously improve their sales skills to become better marketing elites!
